This class is intermediate/advanced and anyone with some experience with the mat work and desire to work hard is welcome. This is a fast moving class and the skills required are challenging. The Mat work is powerful stuff, and since it uses no equipment it's a great way to practice your Pilates wherever you are. Come practice your mastery of the Pilates Method in this 55 minute class. The pace is brisk and flowing movement makes each exercise blend seamlessly into the next. Don't be fooled - many consider the Mat work to be more difficult than the equipment!
